I need A Excel Spreadsheet Created...SharePoint List

Its more complicated than it sounds....I need a spreadsheet created that has all 50 states, for each state 16+ products can be assigned to it, and each product is associated with an individual company. The spreadsheet needs to be able to be sorted by state first and then filtered grouped by the company and each product assigned to that company.

The end goal of this spreadsheet is to be imported as a SharePoint list where the view will be modified to group by State then group by Company which have each Product listed.

I already have the information in a spreadsheet that I will provide.
