300 Vegan Meals (A combination of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks)
300 Vegetarian (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks)
300 Carnivore/Meat (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks)
300 Pescetarian (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks)
100 Smoothies/Natural Teas
Database columns headings should consist of:
Column 1. Diet type (Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat or Pescetarian)
2. Meal Type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snack)
3. Meal Name
4. Ingredients (Each should be separated into individual cells )
5. Ingredients Sub Type (Veg, Grain, Meat or Fish, Dairy, Fat & Oils, Other)
6. How to prepare/Method (Edited for unique use where possible - Shouldn't be 100% plagiarised to avoid future copyright infringement)
7. Approx Prep Time/Cook time (If Any)
8. Nutritional Values (Inclusive of Calories, Carbs, Fats, Protein & Sodium)
9. Smoothies/Teas Benefit/s
Note: No protein powders should be present - meal/smoothies/teas should be as natural as possible.
