Excel spreedsheet design for invoices

I'm looking for a basic spreadsheet to be made and it will need to be able to calculate totals and 20% vat at the end. I need a section where I can add the address and date etc. It’s basically an invoice. I will then need function where it will save as PDF lastly, I need the project completed within the next few hours. Very basic. I have attached a basic invoice so you can see what I require.

The dates need to pre-populate and so does the invoice number every time the new invoice is created, and invoice number will need to start on 10000
