- image generation enter code verfication for insert record

i have done all the screen designs layouts. 85%complete.
all is needed is tidying up the design & layout and building and programming the web database.k this

i am looking for a low cost quote. i reckon a good programmer can knock this out in a couple of days. all laouts are ready, i get a good quote from someone with good work bakground, work can start immediately.
