Hi,
I'm after an experienced Web Analyst who can advise what and where we need to improve our Website.
Our adwords account has literally overnight stopped performing for us and we cannot understand why.
Our sales have been consistent all year, up until September where we were achieving c.200 orders per month at a cost of c.£8/order. This has literally fallen through the floor, so far this month costs are up to £30+ per conversion and we have only had 3 orders in October. This time last year we had 32.
Something is fundamentally wrong. Please can someone with excellent investigation skills who are, Qualified in Adwords & Analytics advise
We would also like to know what we need to do to improve our site to achieve greater success and conversion
