Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need two charts produced from two excel spreadsheets I have.
The first I want to show the percentage change between 'housing association' and 'local authority' dwellings in England from 1976 to 2018 (using rows 10 and 11)
The second I want to show the growth of 'sect 106, nil grant' (rows 9, 16, 21, 26) as a percentage of 'social rent', 'affordable rent', 'affordable homeownership' and 'shared ownership' from 1991/92 to 2018/19.
I've no idea how to cost this. I think it's pretty straightforward but can amend the sum depending on proposals.
