Machine learning / AI solution

I am not a developer. I won't have a big budget so if there is something that can be re-used that is ideal. I need to do the following.

I have my favourite motor car racing team and I want to analyze how much screen time my favourite team gets. So I want to be able to stream e.g. a youTube video and using a trained model of .png images (other approaches welcome) to identify each time my team's car passes. I want to be able to identify the number of minutes that team has on the screen. Ideally if I could save the number of instances that team appears over the full race that would be great. Although if data storage costs become too great I will choose to only take a subset of data (say 15 minutes and extrapolate).

I've tried to setup AWS on my own but (the ecosystem) I find very complicated. Google are saying they may not currently have the capability to perform this use case. So I need some help on this. There are some no code platforms but I haven't found one to tackle this use case. Either way if the solution does circle back to involve Google or AWS fo whatever reason, that is fine.



I don't code but I have a familiarity with code (i.e. I can broadly understand Python, React JS etc). I need a tool that I can point over different races to start building up a knowledge base of how much screen time my team accumulates. The reason why I mention I have some familiarity with coding is because I would also hire someone to assist me in setting up a model (as described). Even if it involves cloning a repository on Github and making some changes and helping me to get up and running with model training etc.

So price really depends on the solution.

Anybody able to give me an idea on whether this is possible?

Let me set out some issues I've had from hiring on other platforms. Cut and paste responses that have no relevance to the task. Saying you can do a task but providing no context as to how. Sharing 10, 20 or 30 links to your projects that have no relevance to the actual task. Short responses saying "I can do the job". I'm not trying to tell you what to write, I don't need all details for how you perform a task. I'm telling you what I have a tendency to reject.
