I need to extract information from free text to load to DB

Description of analysis: We have free text files where we need to extract information that is being generated by the till point and upload the information to a database.

We have tried to use RegEx to extract the different fields from the data but our RegEx skills are not good enough. We require someone who is proficient in text mining to provide us with the required detail to enable us to execute the transformation of the free text. We will handle the rest of the process. This job is limited to the transformation of free text into structured data.
Design and target audience: We either need a line of code to execute to enable us to extract the required information in the file. Nothing further.
Extra notes: The attached two files show what the data looks like in a raw format and what it needs to look like in the parsed format for loading into the DB.
