Data analysis/segementation + Powerpoint of recommendations/findings

I have a spreadsheet of data which I will send upon agreeing, relating to an organisations members, I need someone to explain how you would utilise the data provided to help make recommendations on how the renewal campaigns should be segmented to minimise churn by ensuring communications are as relevant and timely as possible.

I need this to be in a presentation, half of it to be based on your approach and the other half on your findings/recommendations.
