Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager Proper Setup

I'm the AdWords guy at a new company. I need your help to audit what we have right now and make it work properly. I am used to utilizing third party tracking for phone calls on extensions and the site. Also we were forced to use tracking templates in AdWords and it's messing up the data in GA. But I have no wa around that. Need you to look at AdWords, Analytics, and GTM. GTM is already deployed. I need to do a screen share with you because I can't give you access presently. Please let me know if you want to do this. It's probably a 2 hour job. We will do it together so I can explain it.
