Adwords Analysis & Feed Optimization

Running a text campaign & one product only Google Shopping feed.
Not a large campaign as it's one product. Google Text Adwords are branded & non branded for desktop and mobile.

-Very low conversions to date on campaign - adjusted per Google support (Still low conversions)
-Google Shopping was converting but got disproved and can't get it back approved - Adwords support told me originally due to title, now the diagnosis is "Too few subattributes for attribute: shipping"

Looking for an expert to hop in and checkout the text ads for improvements.
Looking for Google Feed optimization & resolution.
A brief skype call to explain nuances thoroughly.

I do have an understanding of Adwords but do get lost in advanced setup and configuration. Would be great to find someone that won't be bothered by a quick chat and has the patience to explain the main issues.

If think can provide on-going value/optimization feel free to include this but mention the seperate on-going maintenance each month.
