Advanced google analytics implementation guide

Description of analysis: I need a detailed implementation guide for our developers that will enable us to track all of the below on Gogle Analytics:

Email sign up button (its in the footer but there is no thank you page)
The sale of each product and top ups from each different channel/referral
How many people visited the blog and purchased a product and what product they purchased
How many people clicked on a social button
How many people watched a video and how long they watched for
Clicks on the home page banners and which banner was clicked (we have rotating banners)
Clicks on any of the buttons on the home page (we have 3 separate homepages depending on what country you are in)
Uses of the widget on the home page and 2x tariffs page
Sales from Adroll referrals
Abandoned cart
Form fills x 2

I would also need some reports:
Products we sold through each channel - i.e. how many Orbizz phones were sold through Facebook/an email campaign/organic traffic, the revenue and the amount of visits
A report to give me info from all of the above.
