Wordpress woocommerce - product page change CSS and calculate VAT correctly

How I need the product page to look

I am using the Kallyas theme from CodeCanyon, WooCommerce and TM Extra Product Options for the customisation of the products. The Kallyas theme has a Sub-Theme for editing so that the theme still updates correctly.

The VAT Also needs to be calculating correctly and broken down (like on the product page) on the Cart page.

Need someone to start on this right away and finished quick.
