Wordpress Woo Sensei plugin customization

Description of every page/module: We have a website (www.dogcoach.dk) selling e-learning courses. The e-learning courses run through Sensei plugin and are sold in our webshop.
We need the courses to look scale and look good across devices (pc and tablet) and a former developer has messed up the function with completing a lesson and moving on to NeXT lesson in a course, which is a standard function in Sensei. And we had a customization in the plugin for showing some videos on phone. But maybe you will need to reset the plugin and start over - to be discussed.
We also don't quite know where to upload the courses/lessons in the admin part. Maybe you can see this and teach us.
Description of requirements/features: You need to be able to have a Skype meeting with us to discuss the task asap and be focussed on fixing the issue and keep us posted. We have had some bad experiences lately with developers not responding for days/weeks leaving us unaware of the status of projects.
