Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of requirements/features: I need to add the following process to allow users to view an induction please see process below

1. Customer Signs Up
The induction area can only be accessed by approved logins created by the chosen contractors.
User can access login form from the website, basic info is then collected including name, email, tel no. etc
This then needs to be approved by a member of your team to verify the user, to give full access to the induction area of website.
Emails will be automatically generated to confirm, new sign ups, approvals etc.
2. Complete Induction Process
User will be sent email with link to start induction. (I have already created this)
User will work through each "slide" confirming they have read and understood at each step, you can also add in multiple choice questions, and disclaimers etc here to confirm they are not just skipping through and have read all the relevant info.
3. Certificate Generator
Once induction is completed they will be redirected to the certificate generator page.
Here they will be required to fill in some additional info and after they submit PDF certificate will be generated and sent to user.
You can also attach any other relevant docs to this email like terms and conditions, health and safety policies etc.
