Wordpress Specialist to edit existing theme, adjust Headers and add Max Mega Menu

Description of every page/module: I require a wordpress expert to undertake the following ammendments to my website:

Homepage.
1. Adapt the header to move the logo and telephone number/text.
2. Add Max Mega Menu into the theme to provide a menu system thats cool and inkeeping.
3. Fix page fonts issue (currently fonts are reverting to Times New Roman).

The existing theme is a custom theme based upon bootstrap.
