Extra notes: Do an extreme make over of my current site to make it an epic Niche Job site specifically for 6 categories (under one section) of security staff.

Event Security | Door Supervisors | Security guards | Corporate Security | Close protection

The site will need to be visually high end (no crap design etc or usability)

This will lead to further work as we will be extending next into another category of job. as well as expanding into different categories. such as flat hunting and selling cars.

spec:

A under will need to be able to upload there own Jobs from the front end, easily, including main picture and other pictures. A similar site would look like gumtree displaying adds, yet better design.

A job seeker much be able to email the publishing of the job directly from the add, including attachment. This must also rely on a visually appealing look for high conversions.

This site will rely on making money from advertising. Not just using a Wordpress theme that will be mobile and tablet friendly, but one that would defiantly excel as such. Where we can initially use Adsense in a prime position.

A non intrusive blog will need to be part of the site.

Previous working websites will need to be shown. Seamless and reliable functionality is paramount.
