Wordpress edits to current theme

I am looking for a developer that we will use on a number of jobs moving forward. To begin I am wanting the following done on our new site https://gplocum.digicommerce.uk/.
1) We want the image removing from the listings pages (https://gplocum.digicommerce.uk/jobs-listing/ + https://gplocum.digicommerce.uk/job/test-11/)
2) When a client lists a job on the front end it does not submit. This needs fixing (sample login LD + LD).
3) The contact employer button needs removing (https://gplocum.digicommerce.uk/job/test-11/)
4) When adding a job on the front end there is no way to add a sector yet there is on the back end.
