Wordpress directory required

Hello

I require a wordpress directory website like the one shown in the attached file.

My objective is such that i can easily manage the site via the admin as i have no technical skills and it must be easy for the people who register to manage their profiles etc.

The site can be custom made or by tweaking an existing premium theme.
