General information for the website: We sell music downloads
Description of requirements/features: We have a $100 (MAXIMUM) budget for this project. Please do not bid on project before reading all the tasks below and do not bid if you cannot do this project for $100 or less.
Below is the scope of work:
1. WE WILL BE CUSTOMIZING THE THEME BELOW

This theme is mobile responsive. All customizing we make to theme must not damage the mobile responsiveness of the theme.
After installing theme you must change background image (We will supply background image).
2. CREATE COMING SOON PAGE
Create "Coming Soon" page, so visitors will know when the site will be launching. We will give you text and image for this page.
3. CREATE HEADER BANNER
We need a header banner created for website. We will give you a rough mockup of what we want.
4. EDIT SLIDESHOW USING IMAGES & TEXT WE SUPPLY
After creating header banner you will edit slideshow using images and text that we give you.
5. UPDATE MENU
We will not be using default menu. You will update menu to link to pages we will give you without damaging theme.
6. CREATE A MEMBER'S AREA FOR ARTISTS
Artists must be able to create artist accounts and upload their albums or singles. The theme already enables customers to create accounts.
7. USE PLUGIN TO UPLOAD AUDIO FILES TO AMAZON S3
We do not want thousands of audio files uploaded to our server as this will take up too much of our server resources and will be to costly. We want audio files uploaded our Amazon S3 account. You can do this using plugins like the ones below:

8. DOWNLOAD & INSTALL LATEST WOO COMMERCE PLUGIN
You will download the latest Woocomerce plugin (http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce) to handle the shopping cart side of the website
9. CREATE 8 MUSIC CATEGORIES
You must remove right hand colum of theme and create 2 rows of 4 album covers (Instead of default 3 albums). These 2 rows of 4 album covers will represent our 8 music category genres.
10. ABILITY TO CREATE SUB CATEGORIES
Some of the Music Genre Categories may have sub categories. An artist may want to upload his tracks into a category called "Techno" within our "Dance" category. We need to be able to create these sub categories.
11. ABILITY TO BUY WHOLE ALBUMS AS WELL AS SINGLES FROM ALBUMS

12. INTEGRATE OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITH STORE/SHOPPING CART
Setup our PayPal account with Woocommerce Shopping Cart
13. INSTALL REWARDS PLUGIN & CONFIGURE
We will be using a Rewards/Loyalty Points plugin which has already been built to work with Woocommerce. You will simply install and configure plugin.
14. CUSTOMER ABILITY TO CHECK SALES & POINTS
Customers must be able to log into their accounts at any time to check all music they have purchased + check all points they have earned and redeemed (i.e. used)
15. GENERATE SALES REPORTS FOR ARTISTS EACH MONTH
It is possible to see sales for all products in store via Woocommerce. We need to be able to generate reportsts for each artist account each month
16. INSTALL SECURITY PLUGINS
Install and configure "Bullet Proof Security" plugin and "Wordfence" plugins.
17. TEST EVERYTHING!
You must upload 2 albums in 2 different categories and test that sales, downloads, reward points and everything on the site works fine.
18. PROVIDE 2 MONTHS SUPPORT
You must be able to provide at least 2 months support for the work you do.
This is a very simple project for any good Wordpress Programmer/Developer. We need the project completed within 5 working days of it being awarded and we have a budget of $100 for this project.
