Wordpress Developer needed for search site

Brief:
Help to build a new plant site with indoor houseplant descriptions and a secondary plant journal site page from scratch to launch.

Site description:
Plantipelago is a curated online collection of houseplants for the enthusiastic urban gardener and the curious beginner gardener to learn more about starting with plants.

Help new and old urban gardeners to explore varietals of houseplants

Information:
Descriptions page has search bar function
Please follow example : www.plantlust.com for search bar function, tagging, and boxes of form information

Journal page has floating stories with blurbs and images, articles of varying lengths.

Need to build landing pages and dynamic content with mainly Wordpress but also good knowledge of HTML / CSS.
3-5 years’ experience or more with ability to write CSS using pre-processes, strong understanding in HTML semantics including optimisation for modern search engines (mainly Google, please provide information of what you’ve done in these areas for a larger, global site).
Client side experience, 3-5 years’ or more.
Good understanding in web browser APIs including Chrome, Mozilla, Edge
Strong knowledge in tuning website to modern web browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox
Strong knowledge in mobile , mobile web and responsive design elements on both desktop and mobile

Please apply with images/working links from relevant portfolio as described, you must have had experience working on search bar for range of items , with auto suggestion and tagging links / cross pollination suggestions.

You would also need to be in time zones of AEST / SGT (or is an early bird awake in the early morning of European timezones) for application.
Work is expected to start by 12 August.
