Wordpress amendments to exisiting website

New requests:

HOME PAGE

1. Add a page called ‘significance’
2. Page presents itself similar to the home page with the words, Environment, objects and architecture remaining on the page when it is clicked.
3. Descriptions for each word will appear in sketched locations. Example on drive
4. When on page link (significance) page, change shade of blue to guide the user there is an interaction point.

Amends to existing site

Home
1. On main image on hover go full colour and when pressed or clicked go to projects page.
2. Make @ symbol 50% larger, big enough to be clear.
3. Up state on nav to be black.
4. 'o' of 'of' for home page text to be light blue - same hex code as current up state on nav.

Inspiration
1. Make menu stripes black. – ACROSS THE SITE
2. Move MoCD logo to top left so bottom of letters is aligned with bottom of letters on nav. Dipun Gandhi to be aligned with botton of nav – On reflection, MoC*D is to be aligned with bottom letters on nav.
3. Star on this graphic for MoCD not correct
4. Move nav to second letter 'c' on communicate as currently too close to stripes I’m still not sure I understand this. Put simply, there should be a little space between the end of the last menu word and the nav stripes.
5. Play icon to change to pause when you roll over, eliminating the need for two separate buttons 
6. Change slide control to black.

Repository
Change to a standard grid - example below:
2. http://www.meenabhella.com/ - have plugin ready to install
3. Black and white image then colour on roll-over
4. Reduce time of roll-over colour return to be quicker
5. As it is at present when an image is clicked it re-directs to inspiration page style gallery. These images will not do anything when clicked and going back will need to be done through the main navigation

Collaborators page
1. All text black and then colour on roll-over.
2. The entire row will link to their respective website in a new window

Communicate page – Now called connect
1. Mocd logo after click – remove this function and make text not an image.
2. When hover on menu remove re-iteration of MoCD logo. – Leave in position it will be when moved to top right
3. Wrap up text needed. (I’ll leave that with you, as I don’t know what this means)
4. Links to other organisations required.
5. Collaborators style list for pages with links.
6. Social media icons to be grey and then change to colour when on hover state.


The menu names for the pages are as follows:

Architecture to be hyperlink on home page re-directing to page in it’s own right. This page will be titled Significance and only the three words in blue Environments, objects and architecture will remain.
• significance - new page
• inspiration
• repository
• collaborators
• connect
(as well as home, of course).

The architecture page (to be opened by clicking Architecture from the ‘significance’ page will not be done, so can we hold this for a few weeks and focus on all others?).
So when in significance page, eventually when architecture is clicked this will re-direct to another page, but not currently.


A couple of notes:
• Text throughout the site for all items:
o If any problems let me know, but they should be done as shown.
• For the repository tiles, please have these all at the same height, with the width variable, based on the proportions of the image. – Just images no text
• For the tiles in Mobile mode, can they be left in the B&W format as I they cannot change in ‘hover’ mode, as there is no ‘hover’ on a phone

Website update: ‘Connect’ page:
For the social media ‘square’…Can you replace the Google+ logo link, with Houzz? 
