Website customization - Plus on going work.

I need to hire a part-time web developer that can start immediately. I have been let down now on the last 2 occasions through this site and I am losing faith in the responses.

I need someone to ENHANCE THE VISUAL LOOK of my website, I am using the hestia pro theme on my wordpress site. I have all the content on the sites and the pages and now I need a professional to enhance the site's appearance, eg. on the user profile page, fix the layout of the social media buttons positions, maybe a colour theme to the site etc. I will also need some help with a few extra things on the site.

The job is long term and will be paying per hour. starting with this small job which will then lead to further work with me. I DO NOT WANT - big companies messaging me. I would prefer an individual web developer that I can work with directly. I NEED SOMEONE TO START ASAP -not like the previous guys telling me they can start immediately then do nothing for a week after and waste my time. I am sick of time wasters that have already put my project behind.

I do not want no BULLSHIT ARTISTS bidding a low rate, talking shit for an hour then telling me the job will be a complete redesign and cost 1000s.

I just want a simple transaction.

I ask you to change something - you get paid to do that task.

If I ask you for advice then please give it and we can talk about the idea.
