Webpage to use on Wordpress

Hi everyone,

I need someone that can develop a web page for my website. Here are the things I need:

1. Top part of the website white, put my logo on the left top corner, a box to a written part on the right (without the lines around it) and a bottom to viewers choose the language, English or Portuguese.

2. A world map bellow it. The map needs to be able to bring the name of the countries when the mouse is on the top of it and open another page when clicking on the country. Also, the countries I've travelled I can change the colour of them to a different colour. The colour of the map follow the example attached.

My budget is 25 pounds but I don't know the difficult of this project, so if you don't think this is enough money please send you quote so we can further discuss it.

The deadline is on the 18/08/2019.
