Web Developer needed - Ongoing work

We have several websites including:

pump-audio.com
driveprotect.co.uk
talex.co.uk
btst.co.uk

We've been using the same Web Developer since 2013 and although we're happy with their work, they have become progressively more expensive and slower to deliver over time due to taking on more clients.

- We need someone who:

- Works fast and is highly responsive;

- Has a very keen eye for detail (you could say OCD!);

- Has a deep understanding of website conversion;

- Is organised and can get work done *quickly*;

- Takes the initiative and has a "can do" attitude;

- Is not slapdash and takes the initiative to get it right the first time. We can't work with someone who thinks "that might be good enough" only for us to have to bat the work back for obvious improvements.

- If you have skills in SEO that is an advantage :-)

We are looking for an ongoing arrangement for regular work through PPH.
