Web design and build

We are a new Out of Home advertising media owner - Alight Media http://alightmedia.com/ selling various poster formats across the UK and need our website updating before the end of the year. It's basic page builds e.g. info about us, contact details, what we are selling, photos of our locations, our news feed etc and I have attached a brief below which will need some amends since we last did this. We are not wedded to wordpress but we do want to be able to amend the details on the site ourselves. We have a content partner who will provide most of what is required for each page and we also have a brand guidelines doc. Preferable for a person in the UK where we can call during UK business hours to discuss the project and amends etc.
