Virtuemart SQL bug

Description of requirements/features: hi all, we have a small issue with how our _virtuemart_order_items.sql is being generated.

All our orders have multiple items that get passed to one order ID - yet for some reason these are not always in the right order - the IDs are correct and the if you auto increment them they look fine but when we export that data its in the wrong area

attached is a grab of 2 orders - order ID 436 - wrong- and order ID 440 - right-

order ID 436 is incorrect and order ID 440 is right - they have both been done exactly the same in the frontend of virtuemart but for some reason the SQL is passing them in the wrong order - when we export the order in CSV it comes out wrong.
This looks like a small but technical fix.
