*URGENT* Fix Wordpress Navigation Issues *TODAY*

I am developing a wordpress theme using https://roots.io. The code will be avaliable from Github.

I would like a hamburger menu to be displayed at the top right of every page on the website for consistency, regardless of whether the device accessing the website is a mac or 7" tablet. When clicked, this hamburger menu should display the *primary menu* allocated from the wordpress cms.
Currently, This menu is displaying for mobile devices, but does not toggle - could be due to a data-toggle or something, but I haven't the time to figure it out.

This should be completed by 8pm UK *Today* as I need the theme to be up on my personal website before tomorrow. Other work will be available for freelancers able to complete work to this tight deadline.
