Updating a small Wordpress website

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 6
Description of every page/module: Pages with banner ads, text and images
Description of requirements/features: We need someone with not only Wordpress skills but with Photoshop skills to edit a couple of images.

Website Update
I need someone who has an expert knowledge of Word Press websites to do a quick update
1) Take down old text on the homepage and one other page
2) Upload new text on the homepage and one other page
3) Upload jpeg files in ad boxes
4) Take down old .jpegs in ad boxes
5) Check all links of .jpegs ads back to other websites work
6) Remove old images in the Photo-Gallery and replace with new ones
7) Correct the images as some are too dark to be seen clearly
8) All time for to check for typos in the text and then make amendments
8) It should take no more than 1.5 hours for an experience person to complete
