UK ONLY | Change Domain and re-brand Wordpress site

I am looking for someone to help me re-brand my Wordpress blog.

I have purchased the new domain and I need help transferring it to my current site, I am also looking for someone who can overview the whole site and change any internal links from the old domain to the new one.

So these are the deliverables:

- Change my current site to a newly purchased domain name.
- Change all internal links to the old domain to point to the new one.
- All URL's transferred over from old domain to new one (social, email etc)

I may also want a completely new design in the future, so there is potential for a much larger project after this.
