Template changes to WordPress theme

We have a number of changes to make to the WordPress theme for one of our clients. The site hasn't launched yet, so I cannot publicize the URL just yet (sorry).

Some of the changes include:

* Font/style changes in global CSS
* Sidebar modifications in size
* Sidebar is currently global, and we need ability to turn it off on some pages
* For pages that don't have sidebar "on", we need wider full-width area for content
* Sidebar content needs to scroll like a "ticker" (currently a list of job entries)
* Various if this/then that PHP if() logic to determine how content displays

Additional Information:

* Must, must, must be comfortable with customization/mods to WordPress themes
* Need to be able to hit the ground running + plenty of experience in WordPress
* HTML/CSS knowledge is a given for this project. Please know your stuff
* Hours and availability will continue on this project until we're ready to launch
* Hours are flexible, as long as progress is made
* Communication over email/chat is perfectly fine...shouldn't need phone access

The site is mostly done, but the client had a last minute change of heart, so we're making changes for them before we launch their new website. We're ready to work with someone immediately.
