Styling and layout tweaks to unfinished website

Description of requirements/features: We have developed the content and structure for our new website on Wordpress using the Avada theme. We need someone to make it look professional. It needs to look fresh and modern and scale across different devices.

This includes sorting out the fonts, styling, some elements of the layout, some tweaks to the colour scheme, etc. For example we have just put titles over the header images, but these aren't all readable at present. Likewise we have just dropped the content in boxes in the right places, but it doesn't look pretty.

It's important to us that we can carry on maintaining the website in the future and add new pages in the new style.
