Speed and settings check

Im looking for someone well versed in wordpress to check my settings to see if theres anything that can be done to improve the overall speed. Its a membership site and running a bit slow. This is something i provide for free to my members so im not looking to pay a fortune on "faster plugins", "extra cloudflare services or hosting" and things that will eat alot of money (even if it does make the site very fast its just not something i can afford to do). I have built the site but im far from an expert so ideally look over the settings ive got, improve if possible and give reasonable suggestions going forward.

I use A2 hosting and also the free version of cloudflare.
It uses Ultimate Member for the membership side
Wordfence for security, Astra and Brizy.
Asset cleanup on homepage
A2 have their own pre installed plugins A2 fixed W3 total cache and A2 Optimized WP. (im not 100% what all the settings do etc which is where im hoping you come in)
I also have wpforo as well as a number of other smaller plugins.

the homepage isnt too bad tbh its more logging in and updating a profile thats very slow
