Quick wordpress fix for photography website - Deadline tonight!

Description of requirements/features: I am in the middle of building my new photography website but need help with the format of the thumbnails on my homepage.

What I need done is as follows:

- The thumbnail should not be a slideshow but a single image (this should be the featured image, rather than the first image in the slideshow)
- The thumbnail should be the link for the Lightbox to open and not the caption.
- The caption should only appear when the thumbnail is hovered over.
- There should be more space between the thumbnails.

I need this finished by midnight tonight, I will only deal with people fluent in English and with excellent communication.
