Quick JQuery Customization needed

Description of requirements/features: We have 5 "learn more" links as buttons in the Pricing tables. They are supposed to go to the tabs on the same page (same 5, to match). If I open in a new tab it work. On same page does not. Tried without a button, just with a text link, same problem.

All I want to do is click on "learn more button" and scroll down and to the correct tab on same page.

Theme maker said it would need to be a jquery customization. Needs to be in a child theme so it would not be lost when theme is updated.
Really not a complicated issue, but a need asap.
