Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I have 9 pages in psd that I need coded into Wordpress.

It's a very simple website, just informational, with text + images and with 1 contact form. I've uploaded 2 of the pages as an example.

No hard-coding, all the elements must be easily editable from the backend. If it's using Visual Composer even better.

It needs to be responsive.

    ATRS. I see Chelsea Chill - a former Miss Malaysia's site in the png. I just wanted to know is it on behalf chelsea chill ; site to be made or it is just a random information site on chelsea chill you are developing?

    There is a whole procedure from slicing the psd to creating html,css files and putting into basic structure of wordpress file by file; lastly grouping the files together which we will be able to do easily.

    However I reviewed your profile. Will you also be assisting with the project or it is a solo project?
