Should Fix:
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Avoid landing page redirects
Reduce server response time
Enable compression
Leverage browser caching
Consider Fixing:
Minify CSS
Optimize images
Minify JavaScript
Minify HTML
