And if you can answer the question just before mine, it's important to know too.
Last thing, your server responds in under 1 second, so what exactly you mean by open time? If it's time required to open the page, so that is very relative to browsers/connection used to navigate one website, please clarify that point.

Most of the websites speed will come from your host. Are you hosting on a shared host, vps, dedicated server? and is it using apache2 or nginx?
