Ongoing PSD to WordPress / Furnishing pages

We need someone to continue with the work we have done.
There are 15 pages in total to convert from PSD to WordPress, we have already done with the most of the pages, and just need some refinements.

We needed it to be completed in April 29 or less.

Must follow these:

- You will add your required features, like image hover effects, basic things.
- You will professionally hand coding into the site, with quality and clean code.
- Fully commented and documented code and must be easy to edit
- You will make the conversion from PSD to WP theme pixel perfect
- You ensure the theme is responsive and support in all devices
- Site will be cross browser compatible
- Capable to use Bootstrap 3 framework efficiently.
