Need help to finalise Joomla 2.5 install

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I need help to finalise a Joomla! 2.5 installation with the following configuration:

Configuration:
- Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
- Apache 2.2.25
- PHP 5.3.28
- SQL Server 2008 R2
- Joomla 2.5.17

I managed to run through the installer. Tables were created correctly in the DB but I cannot access the main site (This page can’t be displayed). The admin login page displays with an error message (SELECT * FROM ( SELECT [session_id] , ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY (select 0)) AS RowNumber FROM [#__session]) _myResults WHERE RowNumber BETWEEN 1 AND 1 ) and login with superadmin user returns the error message (You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.) although the user is correctly created in the table.

Work would have to be carried out through Netviewer and pricing is open to discussion.
