Description of every page/module: The website is to provide a lot of detailed explanation content and have lots of capture forms. There must be the ability to view the device on different devices without error, I also have the U-design theme which could be used.

Using the content layout but applying a high end design feel.
Extra notes: When applying please include your 3 best websites and I will check them on devices. You will need to be able to manage design - I am looking for a clean finished result quickly. There should be no bugs. The way to work is to do mockups of pages in PSD to clarify we are completely clear and then execute.
