Looking to get my website loading speed quicker

I am looking for someone to go through my website and optimise the site to get a quicker loading speed.

I'm ideally looking for a UK based person of which I can build a working relationship with to hopefully provide them with ongoing optimisation of the website on a monthly basis improving the SEO and potentially writing intresting and informative blog posts that will improve our rankings.

Not wanting to come across harsh but would rather be honest... I already have a good knowledge of website building and seo so not looking for someone who is not going to promise the world and under deliver. I also already have a list of things that can be done to speed up our website but I am not looking to spoon feed these to someone but rather allow you to find the issues out and action the improvements.

If all goes well this will be a constant income for the right person.

Please provide me with a quotation for initial work and also what you would do. I would also like a quotation for ongoing monthly improvements to the SEO to include price and what would be included.
