    Can we discuss this in more detail? The price for setting up an e-commerce store depends very much on the point where you take over. The initial setup doesn't take too long, and the customisation depends of course on how much you want to change the template.

    However a lot of time can be spent setting up categories, adding products, SEO, setting the pricing and shipping, changing customer emails etc etc. If you are familiar with all this and can take over once the site is installed it's a lot cheaper than a developer doing the whole thing.
