Basically it will be a landing page to collect email addresses.

I need people to enter their email address and then the email addresses will go to a new list in my mailchimp account (that also needs to be created)

I need them to then be taken to a thank you page that will have a link to download the free bonus resources.

On the landing page maybe we could have:

A picture of the book front cover and then a message that says

"Enter your email address to download your FREE bonus resources:

* Accompanying 4 x weekly Shopping Lists, tailored to the UK supermarkets
