I need to create a website using a WordPress Template

Hi Freelancers,

I am looking for a developer who is familiar with WordPress to help me adapt the Accentuate template from Theme Forest.
I also have domain names purchased and host decided.

We have drafted the plan of our website, we have logos etc created and imagery.

The website is for our new consultancy business. Our clients will be investment banks/financial services firms.

Key features:
>Must be responsive (i.e. mobile optimised).
>Must have a contact form.
> Must have moving text (this is already in place from the WordPress template, just needs editing)
> Must look and feel professional.

As this is a WordPress edit, I have a fixed price in mind regarding the budget we are willing to spend on the website.
