I need to brand, add content and make changes to a Wordpress theme website

I am starting an estate agency and I am looking for someone who can add content to my website, as well as make changes.

I will provide the full branding manual, which you must follow. This is vital.

I would like to hire someone for 1 hour and see how much this person can do within the time. I will also check the quality of the service as well as speed.

The project will be as follow:

Branding the website:
* Colours
* Font
* Logo

Add content to pages: (we will provide the content)
* Home
* Lettings
* Sales

Change home page:
* Remove a few blocks of content in order to make it look cleaner

About the website:
* Wordpress website
* Real Homes is the theme which he will have to work with.

Please let me know if you can work with it, when you will deliver the entire project and most important, how much it will cost.
