I need some modifications to my Wordpress website

Kind of development: Customization of existing website

I need the following changes completed asap:

Edit Profile Pic field added in account for users (currently the only thing not editable from profile)

Date Format Change to DD/MM/YY

When user registers they are appearing in statistics table without me even activating them, I want to avoid people having duplicate registrations so I need an email confirmation created so when someone registers they must confirm email link which is sent to email address before I can activate.

Remove 1 point per goal scored from main statistics table on homepage & statistics page (but keep the goalscorer table which is there), so goals are still added in results but it does not give points to players for this.

Add button to reset statistics in tables

All profile pictures to be displayed in a round circle (some are appearing in different shapes)

Stop images being squashed

Happy to discuss in more detail. My budget for the work is £25 / $40. It shouldn't take someone who knows their stuff long..
