I need a website

General information for the website: Listing Uk, European and USA nightclubs, festivals, selling clubbing merchandise and listing photos and stories of other prople night's out!
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 10-15
Description of every page/module: The home page should have a search field in the middle of the page as primarily that is what the site is about, to find clubs, with a blog post underneath it with pictures showing peoples nights out! Background black with a clubbing scene within it that fills the page, with social media on the page Facebook. Also one banner add either at the top or bottom of the page to run the width of the page.

The menu buttons should be 'competition', 'shop', 'join', 'about' 'app'

Competition page; Should have a short description of the monthly competition, with rolling pictures of other peoples parties and blog/posts along side it and a Facebook like button.

Shop page; should have twelve boxes each selling an item that can be purchased on the site directly through paypal.

Join page; should be a short description of what they will get on joining' updates and offers from clubs and also to be able to enter the monthly competition.

About page; Is describing what the site is all about WKD.Party, fun, enjoyment and socializing!

App page; is for them to be able to download an app of the site once joined, which will show them and detail clubs near them or specific cities via search!
Description of requirements/features: At first maybe just list the UK clubs, events as the site grows i will redevelop the site to include Europe and America.
I want to be able to let people join via their e-mail, name. Let them post pictures and post stories via the WKD.Party Facebook page with the ability to link or show on the website.
I want to be able to sell merchandise through my website.
I want it to be seo ready with the ability to add keywords, meta tags etc
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization, 3rd party integration, Optimization, Security
Extra notes: I have already own WKD.Party and wicked.Party along with yourewicked.com all parked at the moment.
I have other projects lined up and am looking for a long term relationship with a trusted and competent developer and am looking for twenty plus websites in the next twelve to eighteen months.
