I need a profession web design freelancer.

General information for the website: Single page website + blog + WPML
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 1 page
Description of every page/module: Need to achieve similar effect as this website: http://www.ok-studios.de/home/
I only need 7 section:
1. Banner slider
2. Biography
3. Full-width video
4. Gallery + testimonial
5. Contact form
6. 3 to 4 widget footer

Beside footer, all the other section will have different levels of parallax effect.
Description of requirements/features: Please give me quotation, and how much time you need to finish this website. I also will need a web designer to completed these images for parallax.
