I need a new website designing for Desktop & Mobile, especially mobile.

General information for the website: We sell education courses, specialising in Teacher Training.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 17
Description of requirements/features: There is an old website that is published www.uktrainingcollege.com and which needs replacing with most of the data within it that needs to be copied into the new website.

We require that you supply to us:

1/ Web addresses that you have previously designed with the ability of us verifying with the owners of the websites there authenticity?
2/ Companies Only. Not an agent or a contractor or friend or someone even that can verify your work.

3/ The name of the contact within the nominated company or companies and their contact details?
Specific technologies required: The mobile design needs to be optimized for all mobile types.

Extra notes: I have designed a spreadsheet to detail all the requirements in detail which should also serve as a log going forward. Which will be numbered, starting with 0001.

There will be new courses to add which most probably will mean additional pages.
